H1 extension with(Emp-A). I transferred H1 to Emplyer B
H1 extension with(Emp-A). I transferred H1 to Emplyer B
I came to US in 2016 on H1 with Employer A. Since then I never went to India, even after H1 extension with(Emp-A). I transferred H1 to Emplyer B in April 2020 and got transfer approval and extension till 2022 April.
Now, if I go to India and apply for stamping- am I eligible for Dropbox or must go for in-person interview?
